It is not always easy to reach out for counselling, so give yourself some love for doing so. I generally respond within a day for emails and voicemails within 1-2 days not counting weekends.
Parking
Enter the the parkade on 5th Avenue South and go to the top. Be sure to enter your license plate number in the parking kiosk inside the doors. You will receive 90 minutes of free parking.
Continue to the main hallway and turn right to find Family Centre. Let the front desk staff know you are there to see me. If the door is locked, please ring the door bell.
